Our Terms and Conditions

1. Services: Precision PowerWash Ltd provides professional pressure washing services to commercial and residential properties within the United Kingdom. Our services include but are not limited to power washing of surfaces, including concrete, brick, stone, and siding.

2. Payment: We require full payment upon completion of our services. Payment can be made via cash, cheque, or electronic transfer. In the event of non-payment, we reserve the right to recover any outstanding monies owed, including legal fees.

3. Cancellations: If a client cancels a scheduled appointment within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment time, they will be charged a cancellation fee of 50% of the total cost of the service. If we are unable to perform the services due to weather conditions, we will reschedule the appointment at no additional cost to the client.

4. Liability: Precision PowerWash Ltd carries liability insurance and takes all necessary precautions to ensure the safety of our employees, clients, and their property. However, we are not responsible for any damage that occurs due to pre-existing conditions or unforeseen circumstances during our services.

5. Warranty: We stand behind the quality of our work and offer a 14-day warranty on all services. If a client is not satisfied with the quality of our work, we will return to the site to rectify the issue at no additional cost.

6. Confidentiality: We respect the privacy of our clients and will not disclose any personal or confidential information to third parties without written consent.

7. Termination of Services: We reserve the right to terminate services at any time if a client fails to comply with these terms and conditions or engages in abusive or threatening behavior towards our employees.

8. Indemnification: The client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Precision PowerWash Ltd and its employees from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from our services or breach of these terms and conditions.

9. Governing Law: These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales and any dispute arising from these terms and conditions will be resolved in the courts of England and Wales.

10. Entire Agreement: These terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement between Precision PowerWash Ltd and the client and supersede any prior agreements or understandings, whether written or verbal.
